At a young age, dance captured my heart and has continued to inspire me since. It has always been my dream to have my own dance studio and share my passion for dance with others.
I started modern dance when I was 6 years old, and was a student at the same dance school throughout my childhood, qualifying as a teacher there after my sixth form years.
In August 2019 I began working as an acting teacher for students aged 7-18 at a Saturday stage school in Worcester. I joined them from their first day of business, and helped to grow their pupil numbers by delivering group sessions to three age categories.
Dance has been part of my life since a young age, and my years of training encompasses a variety of styles. Since the age of 4 I've been performing in shows with a variety of youth companies too, and I remain very involved in Musicial Theatre.
Sophie has been dancing since the age of 3, and began her professional training at the age of 18. She attended Margaret Howard Theatre College in which she started her ISTD teaching qualifications, and then later attended Performers college with a DaDa scholarship to further her training in Musical theatre and Dance. Sophie has now completed her ISTD DDE qualifications at Linda Sweetzer teacher training college and is fully qualified in Tap, Modern Theatre and Imperial Ballet.
