Everyone at Elite is getting used to a new way of life – and we miss seeing you all in person so frequently. We thought we’d share a few of our thoughts about what’s keeping us cheerful and focused!
To help keep me positive I have been thinking of all the things I can do rather than those things that I cannot do.
For example, I can spend more time than usual with my children. I can practise my dancing and share my love of it with you guys! I can organise my house. I can get active by going running. I can enjoy doing more baking. I can have quiet time to do more reading. I can spend time learning new skills.
What can you think of that you CAN do right now? Focus on that!
